Kimberly Gropp received both an Associate in Science degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance Management from Goldey Beacom College. Following graduation, she worked for nine years in a medical office. She is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, and is also an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for versions 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, Enterprise Solutions v9 and Point of Sale v8, v10.

Linda Green is a graduate of Goldey Beacom School of Business and has twelve years of bookkeeping in the retail business and five years in the transportation industry.
